On one website i came across this.

But mine does this.

Is there a way to setup mine like this. So when ur not logged in it shows a cool image like that unlike what mine is.

Also how can i set it up so when a new user makes an account that it sets a default avatar?

I am guessing by your purchase that you have Evo Extreme. Well if you go into your forums section and go into "Configuration" and then look for "Avatar Settings", the settings for setting up a default avatar is in there.
