I have never used themes before, but I followed the instructions in the readme. I get this error.

Someone in my clan bought it but he said he bought it from here. I am pretty sure he bought it from this website though.

That's not good enough the only way he will get support is if he logs into the account that made the purchase and then asks for help.

Thanks for taking the time to post, all theme support is done via our support forums which only customers can access.

You have 2 options really

1) hand over the theme to walkness and we can add him to the support forums

2) you post in the support forums http://www.clanthemes.com/forum-28-purchased-theme-support.html and you relay the support to walkness

You are probably cussing me right now, but its to protect our little business from warez and people who have obtained the theme via the wrong channels, doesn't happen very often but prevention is better than cure.
