I have almost everything I need on my site except a clan war module and a tournament bracket module, the clan war module keeping track of high scores, dates, games played, etc and tournament brackets so one day, I can host tournaments and present some type of seal of approval like Central Outpost to the winners of those tournaments. I think I've seen two modules fitting the descriptions, free ones cause I'm broke, vWar or something like that and I forgot the name of the tournament bracket module.

Wars module successfully installed on my own, my IP got blocked while trying to install the tourney module =( so now, what do I do?, why did it block me?, I just now unblock myself, but it shouldn't have blocked me in the first place! How do I stop it from blocking me?

You can put your IP on the protected IP list in Nuke Sentinel.

I have banned my self many times, especially on this site, for almost a month straight, I was bugging Floppy and Ped to unban me.

go to yoursite.com/admin.php?op=ABProtectedAdd

Then put in your Ip from the to and from. Your best bet is to as an example, if your IP was

127.127.127.127

Then for the "IP From:" you would do 127.127.127.0

the "IP To:" would do 127.127.127.255

To find out your IP, go to this link
Yoursite.com/admin.php?op=ABTrackedUsersList

and look for your name, to the right of it, you will see a number in the IPs Tracked column. Click that number and it will open up to your IP listing, from there you should be able to get your IP and know the range, you just want the first 3 sets of numbers.

111 . 222 . 333 . 444

I did them different litters to show the different sets, you have 4 set's of numbers separated by a (.). Set 111 is set one, 222 is set 2, 333 is set 3 and 444 is set 4. You will change the set 4 to be .0 and the other to .255

So as to the example above your IP range would look like;

IP From: 127.127.127.0
IP To: 127.127.127.255

Note: You will notice how there is only one 0 in the IP from, that is correct, IP's don't need to have three numbers in each group, they just need to have at-least one.

Okay, I added my IP, it didn't say IP added after I clicked the submit button but I did everything you said and the page refreshed. I think the module installed when it redirected me to the ban page because I haven't went back to the install.php page even after I added my IP to the protected list and the page is up and I can edit the module http://thedawgclan.tk/modules.php?name=Tournament, that's my assumption, or should I go back to the install.php page just to double check?
