hi guys, is there the possibility that a theme does not support some version of php? or something about that?

If yes: is there a way to pass from 4.9.9 to 5.x.x. compatibility keeping the basic nuke evo?

Yes there is a possibility if the theme uses obsolete coding that is no longer supported in newer version of php, but for everything that becomes obsolete there is a replacement. So you just have to update the themes code.

For example in php 5.3 the Function eregi() is deprecated so we use use preg_match() instead.

so: the theme I'm using is: MG-gs04-001

CMS Version 2.0.7
PHP Version 4.4.9
GD Version bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
MySQL Version 5.0.92-community

errors were different. a lot of warnings..
those who host the website said that they changed php vertion in 5.x.x ant that was the problem so they come back with 4.x.x and it worked again..

the strange thing is that in my personal website, same CMS and the same theme, but with php 5.0.3 it works without probs Open Mouth

5.0.3 is still rather old. Most servers are running php 5.2.xx or 5.3.xx. You can suppress most errors/warnings by having the web host turn off error reporting in php.ini http://php.net/manual/en/function.error-reporting.php
