Im sure the nav is just there for an example, a members module does not come with the theme. There are custom members modules you can install and then link the members link to it.

Or you could change it to something different to sort your needs. You can change the text and or link by editing themes/yourtheme/theme.php it will be in the header function somewhere.

Make a backup of theme.php before incase you make a mistake.
