I would like to create more user levels (nowadays I only have administrators and moderators) but I don't know how. What must I do?

I don't know if its the same on nuke then it is on Evo, but it was a matter of creating new groups. Once created the group, I edit the permissions. I know on nuke you don't have the AUC controls for I don't think you can control the colors of the groups.

But if I create a group, those permissions only work for moderation. I want a new category called "leader" for the user with more points at the site. So, the forums would show the administrator in orange, the moderators in green and the leader in other colour. But I don't want the "leader" as moderator.
