Nope its not the same, similar but not the same

The one on Clan Themes home page was purchased from "Theme Forest" and converted into a PHP-Nuke Admin Module for our needs and its only really suitable for CT as we only use Right Blocks on our home page.

We cannot release it to the public as it is a commercial script
