ok my preferences wont save and nore will my cache let me see whats saved and my cache wont let me empty it and also when i go to edit a module name it dosent appear properly? any ideas or am i gonna have to rip it down and start again!

I am wondering what you did to cause all this... But I guarantee you will say the infamous words that is the #1 line given and is always 100% false, "I did nothing". Things like this just don't happen. That's why I am asking because what ever you were screwing around with, can be reversed and uninstalled. Also, if you actually did what you should have and that's with backups, could revert to a back up.

Does anyone have access to the site that could mess it up, if so, ask them what they did.

As for the issue. did you try a different web browser? I know of a friend that could not clear his cache and it was actually FF to blame, but once he cleared it with IE he had no problems from that point on.

if something is really bad, and your not sure what the hell is going on restart your computer grab a brew and see if that fixes it before pulling your site apart

ok i think this is a problem with the evo xtreme 2.0.9 scripts it self i just done a fresh install set up my nuke sentinal to point to the cache and it still wont show me the cache also my preferences wont save. But my modules block edit is now working! so.....?

Are you trying to use a Evo Extreme 2.0 theme on Evo Extreme 2.0.9d?

You can't blame Evo Extreme for your problems. There script is fine. If it wasn't, everyone would have this problem, but since its isolated to your site then it has to be something with your site and something you are doing.

You do also realize you posted a link to your admin side in which we can't see, unless if you want to make everyone admin. Dont Know Devil
