It there a way to change the email message after creating an account. I would like it to say like Welcome to our website and thank you for joining or something. Please answer this question and i hope there is a way to change this.

I may be mistaken but I believe what you are looking for is in this folder/file location. Find the appropriate line to change from there.

/modules/Your_Account/language/lang-english.php
