how do you mean, allot of times when the center blocks are stretching the themes it usually caused by something like a image or a fixed width code within the block that stretches it.

If you have a link to an example I can see the blocks and I should be able to further assist you on that matter.

i will put my site up one's it is back up i f ' ed it up and i can't get it back
i have the db file and i don't know where to put it my friend got it back for
me befor so once it is back up i will let you know and you can see what i mean k thank's
