i installed Tournament Module Pro and i can't switch peaple around is this mod only for pc or is there something wrong why i can't modify the tournament Bracket like changing the peaple thank if you can help

You can switch them around you just have to do it manually. The creator of the Module only made it a basic "Bracket" module. There are not a lot of options that come with it.

If I recall correctly, log into your admin account, go into you admin panel, click on the TMP icon to open the program. Once there find the tournament you are want to add or delete names. Once you highlight and click on it, then in the top menu line of buttons ckick on "Bracket" and it will open. There you will have the entire list of names. You can add delete and so forth.

I'm going on memory with this, so there may be another step in the process, so don't be dismayed, just look around and you will find the individual tournament bracket eventually.

Make sure you are using the newer version to TMP Pro whichis version 1.1.2 or something like that. The original has a couple of goofy little issues and doesn't have as many options. Not to mention it has conflicts with other modules.

That module needs a overhaul. Add in a few new features and clean up the coding. I am sure if that got improved upon that people would like it more. If anyone is interested, be something worth wild improving.

well i dont know what it is but when i click on the name to get rid of it it wont let me thats why i ask if this is for pc and not for ps3 or xbox

Sorry, THE WIFE demanded my attention...

The Module should be redone as there are a number of issues which need correcting and a more simplistic approach taken to make more user friendly.

The Admin area layout leaves everyone all but lost in regards to the bracket, layout, and uses.

There also needs to be a rewritten "read me" file explaining everything for new users.

If anyone does accept the task of redoing the module, I'll be more than happy to place input and to test it on multiple CMS's I already have running for different websites.

To get rid of what?

Keep in mind, with this module you have to manually add the db. If you are trying to add or delete information from the default settings, and it's not deleting it, I'd venture to say you have not installed the database properly, or not installed them at all.

as for the question of is it for PC only, or will it work with any system, it will work for any system, it actually don't know if your playing console or PC games.

I have 2 version of that module on my site and I had to modify one of them a little, but it still has some issues which I never fixed, I ended up using a tournament bracket builder program I found for free and it worked alright.

If I have some time over then next month or so I will see if I can work on that script since I am on a leave from the downloads module. We will see.

The Version 1.1.2 is more fixed.
