I have install Nuke treasury.. I want to be able to manually add donations into the mix.
As I am the PayPal holder I cannot donate to myself. I can add via the ACP but it does not
alter the goal or show in the donation list..

If I remember right, It never has worked like that. That is mostly for admin side so you can see it and record it for your use. If you want to have it show in the block, the only way I have done it is manually doing it through the phpMyAdmin manually adding it in with some basic knowledge of SQL.

Evo Extreme has released a newer/better donations module then the Treasury that you might be interested in trying.
