where about do you mean, do you have a screenshot?

Depending on where, it would be more and likely editing the theme it's self, but if your talking above the header image, there are a few ways going about that, and that would be editing the theme or editing the header using some specific editing.

The short answer is Yes, but the explaination is longer. Unless the theme comes with an admin panel and the button options supporting it, but then the long answer is no with a short explaination in that, most themes are not designed to do this. You can add the link to the nav administration generally located at the top left of the web site.
