I watched the video and I do not see that stuff. Is there something I need to do to activate it? As you can tell by the copy right I did install it but I do not see it under my download section. thanks

This was solved. He had it uploaded. He had it on the default styling which still looked stock looking. I configured it more to look like the one I have on my site. I am working on a video tutorial series that will be on how to use this module for I guess Snype and I got it to a point to where newer people to nuke. This I would say is the 5th person that seemed to have this happen too so i will do the tutorials hopefully today.

I don't get what you mean. All he did was he did not go into the downloads config and go through the settings. It was a matter of not looking. By default I left it the stock theme, but I cant help it if people don't know how to click on a button called "Style Configuration".

He is not the first to say this, but the common thing I found between all of them thus far is that they never went into the DL admin panel. There is no "option" from stopping them from not going into the ACP and configuring it.

The initial install should be and look like your 1.2 version. It sounds like he didn't know what he was doing and selected a default "look" option. That option should not initially be given to them. They should have to locate that option later in the config if they desire to change the look back to a default appearence. I hate to say it this way, but "to a degree it has to be dummy proof" and the fewer the initial options, the better. Having the "default look" option available lends its hand to people who don't understand much about this stuff to mess it up.

Also, apparently, it is a problem if you've already had a number of people come forward asking the same question.

I need to do a reinstall just to take another look at what is going on. Until then eliminating the default look option is probably the better choice.
