I was running Nuke PHP and the I upgraded to Raven PHP (clean install). I tried to put in my demo splash screen that I had running on my PHP Nuke, but it won't work, even after I changed the file in htaccess. The one that changes the order of index.php, index.htm, or index.html. Any ideas on how I can get this back up and running?

okay, so in your .htaccess, your line looks like this?

DirectoryIndex index.html index.php

and the splash screen named to index.html?
