Create a new block within the admin panel and click the source button in the top left corner and add this into the text area

<iframe height="300" src="http://iba-gaming.com/BO/" width="100%"></iframe>

Set the height and width to what you desire the make sure you set it so the block is a centre block then name it and save it and thats it

thx it worked, any way i can make it fit in the block. i tried messing around with the width and height didnt work

As i dont use iframes i know very little about them i dont know if there is a way to resize the external webpage within the iframe its self maybe some one like dread ped or floppy may know?

But you could use the built in lytebox to have it open the webpage when it is triggered either by a link or an image like so
