Thanks for the great looking theme again.

First question is can i change the menu names and the links under the header. There is alot there that us as a clan dont really need so would like to change them to a vwar link and a few other thinks.

Second is changing the forum text colour as its a bit of a pain to see what anyone has written.

Well first thnx for the positive reaction on the theme, and yes you can costumize every single word in the menu on top.
You can add every single link you want, for example see my site (im using the BlackOps theme also)
You can also disable & enable the part that shows the news topics & forum topics.

About the forum i dont really know, but as far as i know that shouldnt really be a problem.
I think Ped or some other moderator will answer that question soon enough.

Go into the admin aread and hit the "Theme Control Panel"

As for changing the forums text its not that easy no

You could try looking in the themes style.css for the "postbody" attribute and see if that changes it
