How do I set my cookies to this domain, thedawgclan.tk instead of it's original domain thedawgsite.000page.com which I no longer want people going to

I think you mean a redirect not cookies

So im guessing you used to own thedawgsite.000page.com and now want people to go to thedawgclan.tk

You need to have access to thedawgsite.000page.com still and just set up a redirect in the cpanel or you can do it via a simple .htaccess (google .htacess re-direct)

If you dont have access to thedawgsite.000page.com then unfortunately you cant do it.

I do have access to the site, & I made a mistake, it's thedawgclan.000page.com, but I think MYSQL crashed because when I go there, it saysThere seems to be a problem with the MySQL server, sorry for the inconvenience.

We should be back shortly.

So when this goes away, if it goes away, should I use this? http://www.htaccessredirect.net/

Once you have fixed the DB connection login in to your old CPanel and look for "forwarding" or "redirect" it should be very easy to set-up/redirect

TBH you don't really need to fix the error if you are just doing a straight re-direct from old domain to new
