hey all i need some info,

my english is not so good but what do ped mean bye this if i want to buy a theme.

What he means is if you purchase a theme from here, he will be physically mailing you the theme rather then allowing you to download it to protect us from scams. It will no longer be a Digital download but an actual item your purchasing.

Yeah I have had to do this, Had a good chat with PayPal this week and it seems that Credit Cards and the Netherlands are very very high risk at the moment, for fraud.

So i will be no longer offering Digital Downloads to either of those above, so its the rotten few (fraudsters) that spoil it for the legit rest. Open Mouth

Not that i dont believe u guys, but how come that other company's that have the same problem use now the way i showt u guys.

i understand the reason for it ( and i am angry ad the people that made this happen ) because this was the way for me to pay safe and fast. now for this item it i can not buy in shop.
but if this is also going to chance for item's i buy in shop then the hole meaning of paying fast go away.

and also u say it is for to make sure the person that buy it is the same ass the owner of the card and account. but these days even postman wont ask for a idea when the ask for a signature.

a other thing when i get the dvd how will it work then, do i need 2 install it on my host and that is it or must i also activate it true Internet or code.

thnx any way for the nice theme that i will get in a few days, keep up the good work.

Well im not going to discuss in an open thread how the fraudsters do it, and I also cant comment on what other companies do to protect there goods.

I have spoken with PayPal this week, after some frustration the only way to protect a digital download of any value is to post it... thus it no longer becomes a digital download and is a tangible item.

The way I will do it is I will send you a letter (posted it this morning) with an authorization code in it. You will then have to email me confirming the access code to get access to the shop download.

This then proves

1) The purchase was paid for legitimately by the PayPal account holder.
2) You live at the buyers legit address
3) You received the item in the post because you are reading the access code.
4) You are 100% the legit buyer because you are emailing me with the access code to get to the purchased product.

Yes its slow but it works.

If none of those 4 steps are completed no theme is allowed to be downloaded.

I do not do this for all transactions mainly just credit cards and countries that like warez and think they are above the rules, Netherlands being one of them unfortunately.

ANY Netherlands buyers from now on will have to go though this process.

will this also hapen again when i buys somthing extra here, i wanted to buy Clan Roster 2.0.
but because i alredy gone trou that security.

and the there is 1 difrent thing now when i pay, i pay with the money that is alredy on my paypal acount.

I think since your a previous buyer and your paypal account has been linked to this user account, you might be free and clear from that, I am not sure if it would only be attached to first time buyers or not.

This would have to be up to Ped and how he would work that.
