Post Anzio php-nuke 8.0 theme - how to separate forum categories? Posted: Sun Oct 24, 2010 4:37 pm

Shop Purchases:
Anzio Multi Gaming Theme · Clan Roster 2.0

I've been trying to do this myself, but I can't get it done. So I was wondering if someone could either share an edited file that allows me to do it, or give me instructions on how to do it.

Here's what I would like to achieve.

Anzio's main forum index shows everything as one solid block. I however would like to separate the categories, as in an empty line between each category block.

So, you would get something like this:

Forum category 1
Forum 1
Forum 2
Forum 3

Forum category 2
Forum 4....

instead of

Forum category 1
Forum 1
Forum 2
Forum 3
Forum category 2
Forum 4...

Can anyone help me please? I know it must be something simple, but I can't get it to work somehow.

Shop Purchases:
Clan Roster 2.0 · Bad Company 2 Vietnam Xtreme Theme

if you open up the file index_body.tpl found in the themes forum folder and look for

Code:
</tr>
<!-- END forumrow -->

and change it to

Code:
</tr>
<tr>
   <td colspan="5"> </td>
</tr>
<!-- END forumrow -->

should do it

I knew it was something simple. I had to add the code you gave between the <!-- END forumrow --> and <!-- END catrow --> though.

All in all it worked. Thanks for your help Ped :)
