is it possible somebody can look with me(teamviewer) and help me any furter with my page setup?
i m walking thru a couple of diffuculty s and i cannot find any tutorials about it.
some examples:

1.how to get a youtube video on the screen.
2.how to get a server shown up .
3.how to create a bb code
etc.

since i m a noob in php i would like to get some help.

As for the server shown up that sounds like a DNS issue, do you mean your site is not showing up or what i am confused in what you mean by that part.
BB codes is not PHP check out the BBCode help section for this forum board to get a better idea but again can you clarify more as what specific information you need as it seems that you be better off Googling BB code for a complete index of all the bb codes available.

Have you allowed HTML to be used in your general settings? As that is the only reason i can think of why its not working unless your missing a closing bracket. Can you please copy the exact coding your placing in the block
