Just add the javascript to the header.php in your root directory. Use some of the other examples to figure out how to implicate it.

cheers for the info i have added the code but it doesn't seem to fit right in the site maybe it's the theme
www.xfs-clan.com if you scrool down to the bottom of the site the bar is there but doesn't seem right.

many thanks for the help so far is there anything i can add to the nuke core code to improve compatibility to ie browsers.

this works fine with chrome and firefox but spreads out down ie8 below the end of the page
