Currently, I have a clan roster installed. However, it has a lot of bugs in it. Developer has not fixed any & it has been 6 months. I can not put news on my site. When I test the newsletter & hit submit it goes to white screen. I did not have this problem before I started using the roster.

Does anyone have experience with the Clan Roster 2.0 causing any issues with Evo Xtreme 2.0/2.0.9? Can you still place news on your site & send out newsletters?

Many people have brought and installed this on all them nuke forks and have no problems. I have recommended 2 xtreme users before to use floppy's clan manager and they have and to this date have never had any problems.

So i would suggest to you to scrap the current one you have (is it DFG's one?) and go with clan manager as your site will have less complications and any problem that arises floppy all ways fixes it.

I aint bashing them m8 they do do some good work i am just going on what i have been told and read in there forums thats it. But i belive floppys has and all ways will be the best and the new features that he has planned for it are just awsome there is a news post around here some where explaining it

This is just my opinion but do urself a favor. I highly recommend Floppy's CR

I never had any issues with it. My site still functions properly.

I have purchased a couple things over there that functioned flawlessly and then suddenly ceased to function at all. Today I learned that it was my webhosts doing that caused all of the problems. Everything is back to working order.

While I know for sure that those purchased modules never caused any white screens there was one modification that did cause them and that was their unofficial Download module. While I had it installed I had several white screens with half of my admin pages, but Killigan fixed all that stuff for me today, and all is well again.

Is it possible that this may be the case in your situation also? Another thing I noticed is that you absolutely must upload your files through your ftp client using binary mode. Are you sure that you have done this also? You should also ask your webhost if they have the IonCube Loader installed on their servers as the module will have errors if it is not.

If all else fails I would seek direct help from Killigan himself. It would be a real shame to spend the money on something you don't intend to use. Although Floppy's version looks pretty badass too.

Floppy's clan manager is a very good clan manager. So is the one you have. However, most people don't get a chance to read all the posts on the different sites and catch all the errors that arise with different mods being installed. Whte screens are not caused from the clan manger. They are caused from other mods that were added on to xtreme 2.0 and the patches are posted in the forums. I normally offer to help anyone that needs it and in your case I can do the same thing. I didn't know you had a problem with white screens. They are not due to the clan manager. You know where to find me if you want to get your site fixed. It's free to do and you might even learn something along the way.
