try renaming your index.htm to index.html and fix your htaccess to show .html.

There is a easy way rediret the domain to the domain with /index.html and then when you click enter site direct that to /index.php and done!

But the simple solution should be just to change it from index.php to index.html one simple edit under 30seconds.

The easiest way would be to go through the .htaccess for in the domain manager it should be directed on the start page of the index thats defined by the .htaccess. But I noticed he is going with a free host, if not a free host then he is using a redirect so it seems, and if thats the case he may have to change the path in which it redirects to, too include the index.html.
