On the same site yes

The both use the same admin control panel which utilizes the same database tables so the navigation links in the header would conflict yes.

I just tested using both, the header menu is fine in both actually so im surprised.

The only thing that I saw that was conflicting was the Flash Shout Block.

As long as your aware that to change the header links in the themes, you will be changing BOTH themes from one control panel... if that makes sense

As for the Flash Shout Block... not sure how to get round it, do you use the Flash Shout on your site ?

yeah I use it.......I just like the MOH theme as well but went with Black Ops......considered adding it as option for users
