Hello,

I got a little question about the theme which I bought in the ClanThemes shop. Yesterday I bought the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Xtreme Theme in the shop and payed it directly with Paypal.

After the payment for the theme went succesfull, I have been redirected to the ClanThemes website where I got the following message: "Your purchase is pending e-check approval. Your file will not be availiable until the e-check has been approved."

The 'Your Purchases' page in the shop is still saying: "You haven't made any purchases yet." while I ordered the theme yesterday.

My question about this all is how long will the e-check approval take and when do you receive the ordered theme?

E-check approval can take up to a week (usually 3-4 days) and the theme will show up in your purchases once the e-check payment processed.

PayPal is a law unto its own, so who knows !!

It says the predicted clearance date is the 11th fingers crossed for you.

Last week I started this topic on the forum about how long the E-check approval will take and when you will receive the purchased theme from the ClanThemes shop.

Floppy posted that the E-check approval could take up to a week (usually 3-4 days) and the theme should show up in the youre purchases section. The next day Ped made an reply that Paypal was saying the 11th of June.

Today it's the 14th of June and I still didn't receive my purchased theme! The 'Your Purchases' section is still saying: "You haven't made any purchases yet." Today I logged in to my bank account to check if the payment went really succesfull. It was! It is showing that I made a payment to ClanThemes (Ped) on the 7th of June.

I also got a Transaction ID and a confirmation of the payment by Paypal. The last one is showing the details of my payment to ClanThemes (Ped). If you need this information, I will be able to send it to you as a private message.

I hope that some people of the ClanThemes staff can sort this out for me.

All purchases have to be manually approved so if the transaction is complete then i am sure they will approve it soon. Also just because the transaction is complete on your end does not mean it is on clanthemes end. This happens to me a lot and delays things from moving forward.

Has nothing to do with Clan Themes, its PayPal you need to contact and ask them why they foretasted the 11th and its now the 14th, I guess the 11th was a Friday and it just hadn't cleared...

Has the funds left your bank account ?

I recently purchased a bike jacket of eBay using the same method the money was taken from my bank account but the eCheque took about 10 days to clear.

Fingers crossed it clears soon for you, but until the funds are sitting in my PayPal account as cleared there is nothing I can do to help you im afraid.

And by magic it was cleared at midnight last night, so it took 8 days to clear and not the 3-4 days PayPal advertised, as I said PayPal are a law unto there own!

This morning I received a confirmation of Paypal that the payment has been cleared. I also noticed that the theme is showing up in the 'Your Purchases' section. The next time I only have to wait for the confirmation of Paypal and it will automatically show up.
