how can i create a splash screen for evo extreme so my visitors will hit that then click a enter button or a pic to get into the main site?

and does any anyone know what "Selection from database failed!" means as my 2nd admin had this trying to go to m21cclan.net/admin.php it just goes to white screen with that in the top left corner and does anyone know how i can fix this problem

i just found out what that was had that same error Selection from database failed! what i did was clear my cookies and bingo i was in try that as it worked for me.

Depends on how you want to go about it. Some splash screens have just images that usually was one big image then was sliced up, then there are others that have flash like my video splash screens where once I make the image I want, I slice it up and do what ever flash I need to do using the sliced images, like the video, or the button, all flash, then I have to put them all back together using HTML. Its fairly easy if you have done it before but can be very time consuming. If you don't know what you are doing then it might be a bit tougher.

All and all it can take me a day to make a video splash and a day+ for a video splash and a day for a none video splash that's just an image and maybe music and a flash button with sound and a mouse over.

I just chucked one together for you it is by far not the best but it did only take 15mins to do and it is just one image the rest is html and css heres a preview http://phpnuke-install.com/splash.html If you want it you can have it but i think as a clan site you might be better of with one of dreads ones in the shop
