Hey Guys,

Been a while but you guys are good friends so i think you all deserve to no why i am not gona be about much anymore. I have decided to join the British Army, Front line infantry, Welsh Guard. I hope that after my training when i have free time on camp i can still post here and still offer my help. I no a lot of you will be think 'well this is pointless of him to post this' but i am only posting this to those members that may have known me as a friend or a forum buddy like dreadedcorpse. I hope you guys are all well and keep your fantasic efforts up here. You guys really got me into my websites and tuaght me a skill that i will never forget and will use in the future for sure.

I served 15yrs and left in 2007 m8, you will have the best time of your life, make some life long friends as well as see life from a totally different perspective, as well as getting paid to keep fit!

Shame about joining the Guards though, think very carefully... loads of bull crap doing Royal duties and not much real soldiering...

I think I would also look at the "The Royal Welsh" just because of the fact there will be hardly any drill involved !

Phone up the local "Regimental Recruiting Teams" and have a chat before you take the plunge, in not talking Careers Office, there is local teams that cruise around your local area, and they will be able to talk to you about daily routine and lifestyle.

I went to there page to get the phone number >> http://www.army.mod.uk/infantry/regiments/18734.aspx and to my amazement, OMG I was in training with that lad in the picture... that's scary !!!

I will lads and thanks ped for the advice yeh thinking about it i dont like drill to much in cadets so the royal welsh sounds good ill ring the line now
