I'll personally endorse Clan Roster from this site, as Floppy said, it does all you want and then some. I dont get anything for saying this, no discounts or freebies, and my only affiliation with Clan Themes is my purchase of Clan_Roster.
You can try some free "clan managers" but all of them are very basic. True, you can code new functionality and blocks to do whatever you want with it, but you either need to be a coder with lots of time, or a designer with lots of money paying others to do it for you.

It's well worth the cost, easy to install and use. You can change the style to match your nuke theme easily with CSS and managing members, ranks, awards, games played, and divisions is very quick. Good support here as well, but you probably wont need it!

I've already posted a couple of neat mods that add the rosters ranks and clan tags to forums, and working on adding clan tags to usernames sitewide. Floppy did great on the codework, so if you know even basic php/html, you can build on the Clan Roster framework.

I'm, building a Scrimmage and Tournament planner/tracker totally standalone from clan roster, and am still pulling the ranks and clan tags for use in my module.

it's worth the small cost, and there's plenty of people here that will help you get it working how you want it.

You can see the module in action at my site Skunkworks Clan Home
Access the main roster through the Main(left) menu
You can see the scrolling Roster block on the right (this in itself is worth $ )
And don't forget the Forum awards and ranks mod as well, located under each user's avatar
