when I try to add a new web-links category, I type in "useful" for my new category name it renames it "projects". In-fact, what ever I call the new category, it will still come out as "projects". Is there any way to fix this, I am only a self taught beginner but respond well to thorough instruction?

What kind of php are you using?

Standard Nuke or Raven, etc..

Okay, I uploaded the new modules folder to the remote server's public_html folder and tried to re-name the "Projects" category to "Useful" but it will not change. I created a new category called "Useful", started to add new links and found out that I now have two categories called "Projects". 1. Gaming, 2. Projects, 3. Projects

Still the same, any way to fix this?

Do you have a link to this module so I can take a look at it. I am wondering if its just not connecting to the database tables or something wrong with the DB.

this I find strange.

The easiest way to rename that would be to go to your Nukes DB, and go to the table nuke_links_categories and open it up and you should see the list of the categories names and you can edit from there. If you feel uncomfortable doing it, send me your messenger info through a PM on this site and I will help you over that and a remote system in which you will be able to see what i do and I can show you how to do it.

This was a bug in the first nuke xtreme and it got fixed in 2.0 i would post on there site see what the problem could be
