Ok I'm going to ask the basics first is it possible to have a button on my website that when someone clicks on it, it opens 2 separate web pages? I think it should be possible but am having trouble with how you get it to work.

erm nope its not possible

I suppose you could have on image and 2 different hit areas making it have 2 separate links open up but only 1 would open on a single click of a specific area.

It might be possible using a script of some sort Bad HAir Day

I dont know if it can be done with html but it could be done with jquery but at the same time it wouldnt be advised to let users open multiple pages at once might make them abit mad what i would do is make a block and have each link on its own image like so
