how can i update my version? simply i download the newbie version and owerwrite all files?! i think that isnt good , maybe i can lost my all settings in our sites or not?

you should look in the update folder it explains what you need to do - there is also a link to a video tutorial - which should help you -

yes im found it ! and i updated , but strange i updated my version , and MENU FUNCTION GONE in Admin panel Sleepy

so , i cant add a new line to Main Menu Sleepy

need to reinstall my site again?

No i am guesting that that mod you have is not compatible if that is not the case reinstall the mod make sure to delete the SQL tables for that mod if the are any
