This preview is of the header only, it has been resized saved in a very low low quality format and stamped to stop theft.

coming along really nicely actually.. im going to make an age gate splash screen to go with it later if i get the time... cant see the point of them to be honest because people lie about there age !!! lol

Suppose they look nice, a nice countdown would be a good idea too

I don't know either... i just play around with some images and see what comes out and build it as i go along..

Detailed-Designs we are currently changing to Vbulletin 4 (waiting for it to come out of beta) but in the mean time nota and eagle are figuring out themeing for it as they made some huge changes to how its themed. But cut a long story short DD is moving away from Nuke as lack of support and respect for themers.

But i wish i could play with images like that and come up with that as an end result

hehe i should make a video one day of me making a theme template, it really isn't that hard

do some searches on "Google Images" find some good images, then its all about rendering them and using / making what you need.

I love making the templates.. I don't mind coding them... its the converting that sucks balls

I hear DD about respect, fortunately I have priced my themes and implemented a very good system to monitor sales, along with good support and advice... I think people respect that... Of course you always do get 1 - 2 bad apples but that's life

I think lack of respect for themers is across the whole internet... if they can get it for free they will do anything, buying something is there last but not least option.. and that's for me too

If I see some nice seamless textures ill search and search for free alternatives first.. but if i cant find any as good or to my requirements I have to dip into my wallet.

I suppose from the get go, Mack (Floppy) has taught me "accumulate to speculate" Which is indeed true, initially we put in a lot of $$$ to start this site, and as we grew we slowly clawed it back.

Made me laugh actually, when we opened i purchased the "Copyright" some 4 years ago costing around $200... I just got it in the post last week a nice certificate lol took long enough to get to the UK. LMAO

I've thought about converting a few of my themes to different CMS's that is the bigger picture for CT when PHPNuke starts to really die, but for now it is holding together okay

Problem is with DD its one thing clients abusing themes and trust but when certain devs (of nuke forks) do it there really is no point in carrying on. But off course we will still support all the old themes and nota may release some every now and then when requested but we belive VB is the way forth and is much easier to skin for (you should look at it i have a site up if you want to peek in the admin side?).

You guys at CT have made this a great place to be i mean when i first came here i never thought nothing of it but now i visit the site at least 30 times a day and offer help when i can, And damn all that time for the copyright to come through but i suppose its all worth it in the end.

And the problem i have doing a theme is finding an idea so i just leave it to you guys and truly admire the end result of all themes and scripts hence why i have so much respect for CT Pint

Guys long time ago Ped built me a bf2 site and did an amazing job so when i need a new site in the theme of BFBc2 i knew where to come and i was not disapointed. i am no web guru far from it i fly by seat of my pants but i purchased this theme and yes it took 6 hrs to do ( lost of mistakes by me) i was able to get it on line and looking good.

the look and feel is amazing and once fully completed ill post the link here so you can see just how awesome this theme is i know Battlefield Badcompany 2 is going to be a big hit so to have my site out there looking awesome prior to game release is fantastic.

great job
