Setting up clan roster ioncube_loader on my own box.
I'm lost and I've installed it on my hosting account a few times.
I have my own server box now and don't know how to set it up
any clues would be greatly appreciated.
The roster has been a big part of my clan and i need it.
Please help!

Floppy is going to be away for a week (hospital operation) i think your best bet would be to contact someone from ioncube forums >> http://forum.ioncube.com/ and pick there brains on how to set ioncube up on your own box... once that's done CR should work no problems.

My surgery was canceled due to cold weather and water pipes breaking. However, ped's answer was a good one.

The brief explanation is you need to add the ioncube loader to the php.ini on your local server.

Here is a decent explanation of how to do it, but you prolly need to modify it to fit your needs.

alright I got the ioncube loaded in my box that parts done.
I installed the clan roster, followed all the instructions.
and when i go to admin panel and click roster it opens the page
but just a black one no errros showing just a black page.
I'm using evo extreme.
I tried changing the css but no difference.
and have reinstalled it a few times
can you help me.

Its number 2 thats the most important, and I just noticed the "Noob Alert" lol so have a look in your admin area at the error reports see what it says. You may need to clear them and go to the Clan Roster admin again to generate a new error Kiss
