Everytime I add a lock that wasnt released with Nuke Raven 2.4 I get these strange characters when I add them to the site. The charaters look like this ""

Look at the blocks on the right like the forum scroll and see what I am talking about. Do you know what might be causing this?

Its because the updated file is saved in ISO 8859-2 format, and the bad file is in UTF-8.
