I've tested both Business2 and Business5 themes and both seem to give a problem while loading the forum module in IE.
Here's what I get:

I think this is related to the stylesheet (style.css) under the theme's style directory.

What version of PHPNuke are you using ?

Can you test another theme for me not one that ive made and see if it still does it.

Hmm i think you have found a good problem too, I cant believe I missed this one !!

ITs not related to the IFrame, its more the attachemtn mod for Ravens Nuke is missing from the posting body.. dam

Right that is defiantly buisness5 theme done and dusted all 100% XHTML and CSS compliant forums now too... cant believe i did that !
