To my knowledge, nobody has made one, so i went to the Evo site and it seems that someone was going to but did not post if he had finished. Here is the thread.

But check this thread, it looks like he got the admin side down, I don't know how much more. If I knew Russian, I would do it for you but I do not know Russian it will be a little hard.

Did you read his post? He was saying if they need his help talking to Norwegian players. He wasen't posting his clan, he was just staiting he is willing to help with translations.

As for the forum post, scope is right, it will not change the language in what people post, it will just rename any thing that uses the language files. But I think he was asking more for his Russian member to navigate the site.
