It can be one of a few things, one can be your Firewall blocking the Download, or your web browser. We recommend you using FireFox.

It could also have been an interruption between you and the server and it might be viewable now.

I thought I remember this one.That DL redirects you to the authors site to get the DL, you had to register also. That dl has moved or been deleted. Notice the redirect. Someone here at CT will remove it from the dl's.
