vBulletin has something like this and didn't know if anyone has seen a mod for the phpbb or would care to make one?

It allows someone to view your profile and leave a pulic message/comment on it.

You should get other people interested then split the fee between them, makes it a lot easier to afford such as script

That would be the only way I can afford it right now. So, if any others would be interested in this mod. Post that you would split the cost and if there is enough demand, hopefully we can find a coder to make it Embarrased
