This is theme related, not really phpbb.

Its in the index_body.tpl of your theme's forum folder. That is a good place to start anyway.

Yea its in the index_body.tpl in evo the code is

But if you wanted it to say some else like a clan name you could do this

I think he might mean that http://www.clanthemes.com/tutorials-view-3-remove-small-header-in-the-forums.html

if your using ravens nuke 2.3+ then the includes folder is moved to yoursite.com/modules/Forums/includes

Its the same principle though
