I have used LiveZilla on Xtreme and works good.


With a Block to display Online/offline Image and a Application on my desktop for live chat. I have tested it and works like a charm and adding a professional feel to live support. I don't use it now but I did for testing and I liked it and will use if ever the need.

I agree with tynman. I have this installed on my site and it works well. I am bulding a support team for my site. When you add users to your client, it emails them all the information that they need to get setup. You can make different groups and add the users to the groups you want them to provide support for. Best of all its FREE!
