Are you using a new install ?

If you have a new site, then please use Ravens Nuke from http://ravenphpscripts.com/

If you want to use 7.9 errr lol

open up config.php and set error reporting to "true" lets see what the error is

So I take it you asked your host to install PHPNuke for you ?

7.9 isn't up to much good to be honest...

We need to get onto your FTP/Server where all the files are and edit a file called config.php and set error reporting to true to see why it wont load... alternately we can get rid of 7.9 and install Ravens Nuke.
