Hi everyone, baffling me can you help plz?

When anyone receives a new Private message via the forum, a box saying "private messages {close box}" drops down,

The problems i have is a corrupted looking box drops down (white colour) the text private messages when clicked should be a link to messages, the link takes me to "http://www.MYSITE.co.uk/forum/messages.html

if clicked, the link is dead as my messages arent located there?
Where can i edit this box as surely it shouldnt look that bad & edit the link to messages or even how to please?

Does the drop down come with the theme? If so, you should start by asking on that site.

I just not very familiar with that theme. If it does have a drop down it should be in the theme.php somewhere. Search for messages.html and change it modules.php?name=Private_Messages

yea tried that, searched theme.php for just "messages"
just get cannot find thestring "messages" Bad HAir Day

Did you install a mod for that, because I know Evo has that standard on the sites and can be turned off in the Forums ACP.
