I wouldn't give out a users information through a contact form email, so why does that matter? The site has a feature to retrieve a forgotten password and as far as I know it works fine.

He probably forgot which email he has, or it just went into his "Junk" folder and he never looked there. What ever the case may be, as you can see, so far, 4 have tested it and it works.

He means people post links for SEO reasons, if you add a rel="nofollow" to links on your site then Google wont follow it to index there site
