hey clan themes i need your help

my site does a gold membership when someone subscribes via paypal i accpect the payment and then upgrade them by hand and sometimes i can miss payments when im asleep and the users who pay pull back the payment because i took to long

im looking for the type of system clan themes is using where you subscribe to paypal and it upgrades your access for access to the said area i dont mind if i have to pay for this but things are getting out of hand and losing money due to the system not being up to tip top does not make the site look very good

if someone could point me in the right area please let me know

You'll have to use the IPN (Instant Payment Notification) function of Paypal.

Its IPN that gives us the opportunity to do the above. In code speak (sorry my only language) on return from paypal of successful payment, do this function. Hope that helps.
