I sometimes get this error but the members complain of it more and it happens to them more often. I contacted my host and they said it might be the site. I dont know and cant fined a fix.

I obliviously dont know what is the problem and since I have been here as a member for awhile assumed someone could help or point me in the right direction.

Huh? Just because you been a member here for awhile doesn't give you the right to post in the wrong forum... If it was a staff member, I would ask them the same question. Since, you been a member here for so long you should understand the rules better than most.

huh?

How would I know what section to post if I dont know the problem ? I have had errors with my themes and had to find the fixes here... So I posted in the forum that I thought was the closest to finding a answer.

I did google and it pointed to a lot of problems with IE ect.. this was not the case so I went to my host and they said it was coding so I went another step and came here. I did the search function here and found nothing on this so thought to post.

There is no need to be rude to someone that doesn't know about a problem or where to post , that is what a support forum is for. You can kindly state the correct forum and help out by answering to the best of your ability and maybe moving it to the correct forum because if I had the ability I would have moved it myself after being told of the correct place. I purchased this theme here and was given access to the newer Xtrem version not to long ago so thought maybe like before there might have been a simple error.

Thank you for you link I will look at that. then I will try Xtrem.

I have Firefox and that link talks about IE. Im not sure what the other members have but don't think this is going to be a fix. I will keep it in mind though. Thank you

Sorry but you have to read everything on a page. What I found is that some sites ads could cause it, scrolling text in browser tab and, the comp doesn't have enough memory to have all kinds of tabs open.

Ok, you stated it happens to other members, so in that sense we have to accuse the site of causing this error. At this stage you have to look at,
Does the site you host on have ads?
Have you used scrolling text?
Do you have a lot of ads?
Have you tried uploading all files again?

Remove that youtube video from the front page as it doesn't even work. It was removed from utube because of copyrite violations.
Seeings how this looks like an upgrade check the theme tpl files as you may have installed something when it was a nuke site.

Is the error prompt from IE (a window that pops up) or is the error displayed on a web page? If it's displayed on a web page it has to do with your host. If it's a popup IE window....
This is an issue that occurs because, in layman's terms, IE sucks. IE's stack file is too small for your site. It is happening, possibly, because the theme you're using has a lot of java script to it. The easiest way around it (although people won't listen!) is to suggest your users use FireFox to view your site, or change the theme to one that uses less java scripting.

There used to be a way to increase the size of IE's stack file to avoid and resolve this error. They seem to have removed that option. It's not where it was in Internet Options anymore. So the best suggestions you can get as a solution to this issue is to use FireFox, or some other browser other than Internet Explorer.

Ads that scroll could do it. Because they'd be java if they're not flash.

what happens is those files are stored so it searches for the pages through the cache and if it has extra files then it is calling them files as well. i'm thinking he had other java on his old site and it's looking at those files which no longer exist. it also has to do with the registry of his computer.

there are many sites covering why ie gets over loaded calling java. now if a script no longer exists and it's called yet the site has not that script, it will try to continue to call a missing file.

basically what he has seeings how it's not his site, is java trying to run so his browser gets overloaded looking for nonexistent java.

have you ever been to a site and it states do you wish to continue loading page even though there's an error? thats basically what i believe is happening because he upgraded his site.

I upgraded my site to Xtreme 2.0 and it seems to have corrected it.
