Post Php nuke domain options Posted: Sat May 09, 2009 7:24 pm

I have some webspace, and my company website is in the root directory. What I would like to do is buy another domain name that is pointed to a separate directory of my root directory and run its website out of that folder, i believe it is called a subdomain. I would like that website to be PHP Nuke, is this possible?

For example, i currently have:

www.mywebsite.com and the files for this website are in the root directory.

what i would like to do is buy a domain

www.purchaseddomain.com and have it pointed at a folder in my root directory, say "site2" and install PHP Nuke to that directory so each site is its own separate entity on the same space

Thanks in advance for any advice you guys can give me.

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to do that. My website
is actually a subdomain of my wife's site and I was running nuke
off of it.

Shop Purchases:
Enemy Territory Theme (Aviator) for PHP Nuke · Clan Roster 2.0 ·  · Modern Warfare 3 Xtreme Theme

Yes, it is 100% possible.

www.headshotdomain.net is in my root
www.betterleftdead.com is in a subdomain
www.topnukeclan.com is also in a subdomain

What you would want to do is when you get around to purchasing a .com, or what ever, just set it as a parked domain.
