If you go with Nuke Evolution, I have 2 video tutorials on it...

Manually:

Corpse, excellent work!!!

I watched about 1/3 of the manual install video, it looks good and smooth! the only issue I saw was the drag and drop all the files into the root. I have had many issues doing that. You may want to edit that and tell them to add just the contents within html folder and even more specific, grab 2-3 folders at a time for upload, continuing until all the folders and files are done. Granted, there theoretically should never be any issues uploading them all, but realistically, they are counting on all the router jumps to work right every time for a longer period of time. It just doesn't happen that way. Better safer than sorry racking their brains wondering wtf is happening and why it isn't working.

All in all a great video!

I'm going to watch them in full later tonight =)

I thought about that after I made the video, I just was not in the mood to redo both those videos all over again, probably just do a follow up video for them.
