Was trying to change a link in the header of my theme ( T3 )
Changing the "Search" button to a "Find Us" button directed to here - http://www.game-monitor.com/search.php?search==)RS(=&type=player

I've been blocked from my site, any ideas how to get back in?

I ban myself on occasion also, its sentinel for the most part picking up what it thinks is a scripting attack on the site. What I do is before editing theme scripts ie links, or editing code for custom blocks, i go into sentinel and adjust the scripting to off until I am done with my edits. Now if you are banned already if your server supports proxy you might get lucky and be able to get in from a site like http://www.eatmybrowser.com/ or you could have a friend unban you. or use a program called teamview with another friend running the remote desktop software go in and unban yourself if the person on the other end doesn't know their way around sentinel. That link doesn't explain that if sentinal is correctly configured that the IP address also gets added to your .htaccess in the root of your site
