Do you see an Edit Points thing in your admin area? That is the points system. It's not as extensive as the points system here (you can add to it through the database) but there is a point system in most versions of nuke. If you're running evo it may be in the subsidiary folder for you to install.

Well, I tried to use the link, but he opened the group's forum, did not understand why but okay. Well I got the system we have in the nuke 8.1 and edited until it is legal but nothing compared to that used here. Thank you for answers.
